What changed, and what didn't
In August 2026 the practice became independent. Dr. Cobb now owns it outright, and it trades as Assurance Dentures & Implants rather than Affordable Dentures & Implants of Warren.
Nothing else changed. Same address, same phone number, same dentist, same staff, same chairs, same lab in the back. Your records are still here. If you were a patient before, you are a patient now.
You may still find the old listing online saying the Warren office has closed. It hasn't. That listing is controlled by the former franchise and we are working on having it corrected. If you are ever unsure, the number above always reaches the front desk.
Our own lab, in the building
Dentures are designed, made, adjusted and repaired on site rather than sent away. For most patients that is the difference between the same day and a week without their teeth.
